SreeRatna Kancherla is a Global Director of Sustainability at Kearney, with over 20 years of experience in sustainability and a background in human rights law. As a pioneering force in the impact business space, she lived in India and sub-Saharan Africa, building the ecosystem that is now sustainability. In her current role, SreeRatna is a thought leader and strategic advisor to Fortune500 companies on environmental and social transformation, predominately in consumer goods and retail in the fashion, beauty, food & beverage industries and across the media industry.

 

SreeRatna has integrated eclectic leadership into her work, drawing from time spent living in India and studying under Himalayan masters. Over the decade SreeRatna has used these tools to be a guide and counselor to professionals, film and tv producers, athletes and artists. Utilizing these

experiences she has designed a transformative service for individuals, the central theme of
